In 2025, Tax Authorities known as the "Administration des contributions directes (ACD)" will begin offering a pre-filled tax return in Luxembourg to certain categories of taxpayers.
What is a pre-filled tax return?
A pre-filled tax return is a tax return in which your salary and/or pension information is already filled in automatically by the tax authorities.
Why opting for a pre-filled tax return can cost you a lot of money?
The Tax Authorities are not aware of your deductible expenses. Those enable you to reduce your taxes.
