Where should maintenance fees that you pay to your divorced spouse be deducted?
In the "Children" form, uncheck the box "The child was part of my household" and then indicate the annual amount of maintenance fees you have paid.
However, the allowance may not exceed €4,422 per year and per child. The taxx.lu system automatically applies this ceiling.
