Junior Tax Specialist – Client Support

Just starting out and keen to learn fast, working on real cases? This one's for you.

The profile

• A first experience (internship, work-study placement or first job) in personal income tax in Luxembourg is a plus
• A university degree is appreciated (baccalauréat as a minimum)
• Fluent French and/or German essential
• English and/or Luxembourgish a real advantage
• Excellent writing skills

Your role

• Strengthen the support team day to day
• Answer clients by email and live chat, guiding them step by step through their return
• Contribute to our articles and content on the Luxembourg tax return
• Get to grips with how we keep track of changes in tax law

Senior Tax Specialist

You know personal income tax inside out and you enjoy passing it on? We'd love to hear from you.

The profile

• At least 3 to 5 years' experience in personal income tax in Luxembourg
• A university degree required (law, tax, economics or a related field)
• Fluent French and/or German essential
• English and/or Luxembourgish a real advantage
• Excellent writing skills
• A desire to mentor and train more junior colleagues

Your role

• Lead and strengthen the support team day to day
• Handle the most complex client cases, by email and live chat
• Oversee the proofing and reliability of the tax content we publish on the platform
• Write and supervise our articles on the Luxembourg tax return
• Stay on top of tax law changes and anticipate how our tools need to adapt
• Mentor and train the junior members of the team
